Refund Policy

Overview

App Brook Field Co., Ltd. provides in-person and remote advisory services. This policy explains refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, and deposit handling.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a session date. The deposit secures your appointment and allows us to prepare a customised review checklist.

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid if:

  • We cancel the session due to reviewer unavailability and cannot reschedule within 30 days
  • You cancel more than 14 calendar days before the scheduled session date

Partial Refund

  • Cancellation 7–14 days before session: 50% of the deposit is refunded; the remainder covers preparation time
  • Cancellation fewer than 7 days before session: Deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled session within 90 days

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once delivered:

  • Completed review sessions (full or partial)
  • Written reports already delivered
  • Recovery Documentation Reviews where the marked-up document has been provided
  • Travel expenses incurred for on-site reviews outside Seoul (if applicable and pre-agreed)

Work Already Started

If a session begins and you choose to end it early, the full agreed fee is due. We will deliver a partial report covering material reviewed up to the stopping point.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the session. Additional reschedules incur a ₩150,000 administrative fee.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice forfeits the deposit. We will attempt to contact you by phone and email before declaring a no-show.

Purchased Materials

We do not sell physical products. If we procure materials on your behalf during an engagement (e.g., archival supplies), costs are invoiced separately and non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Process

  1. Email contact@appbrookfield.click with your name, session date, and reason for the refund request
  2. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days
  3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer)

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us to discuss. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms of Service.
